Man Utd and Juventus could agree stunning swap deal in the summer
November 6, 2018
Paul Pogba wanted out of Old Trafford during the summer transfer window if you believe the myriad of reports.
The Catalan club was believed to be the Manchester United man’s destination of choice – however, he has been also rumoured with a move to his former club.
And reports in Italy are now surfacing that Serie A champions did make a move for the 25-year-old midfielder in the last few days of the summer transfer window.
It won’t surprise you to know that the Red Devils were less than receptive for any deal – especially on the late stages of the summer transfer window.
But Sky Sports Italia expert Gianluca di Marzio has revealed that Man Utd have already identified one Juventus man as a replacement for Paul Pogba.
With that in mind, Man Utd are demanding Miralem Pjanic in exchange of Paul Pogba.
A famed Bosnian playmaker who is the heartbeat of the Serie A giants.
Ahead of Pogba’s return to Juventus on Wednesday, Serie A giants head-coach Massimiliano Allegri was asked about the link.
“Talking about Pogba is useless,” Allegri said.
“Like all players who are not part of Juventus, I can not and I do not want to talk about players from other teams.
“Pogba is young and still has room for improvement, now he is a player of Manchester and unfortunately on Wednesday we have to meet him. If he does not come it would be better.”
